Pros

Entry level salary pretty standard, great benefits with the company and tons of perks for working there. Lots of vacation time right off the bat.

Cons

Hard to move up, large company, many moves feel lateral and capped at a certain point because of the enormity of the company.

Cons

Divisions can be extremely political to the detriment of the overall company's profits. Younger staff not trained in appropriate office conduct
