Pros

A lot of flexibility to work from home, generous benefits, and lot of vacation days. Was good for a while when first joined.

Cons

Management do not know what they are doing. Good people are leaving and new hired developers are usually from offshore India without much experience. Not as innovative as it used to be. Work distributed not balance, some developers work really long hours but not being appreciated, while other work short hours. Morale is low and lot of politics.

This office has some very qualified talented engineers. Good to learn from.

Cons

The office is being shut down slowly so right now there's not much good points to look at. Generally a good though but now it's going.
