Pros

The developers worked from home.

Cons

Everything else. They bought us from Devry and canned the developers a year later. Micromanagement and reduced benefits came fast. We were reduced to editing stored procedures after they canceled the project we were working on.

Pros

Nice people, overall. Lots of teachers who need the work and are trying to create test content that is good, despite the fact that Pearson is a big corporation that just eats up contracts without much of a plan.

Cons

Dumping work on too few developers, not being clear about expectations, outsourcing important content overseas.
