Pros

Salary and benefits are decent. Workplace camaraderie is created by virtue of severe workload and high stress for all employees---which is a terrible way to foster camaraderie.

Cons

Excessive workload and management that is unable to praise achievements or recognize high performance. The company's much-vaunted systems that are intended to make us all more efficient create more work by virtue of all the mistakes these systems introduce that we are left to fix.
