Pros

- Wonderful, hard working people at the development level - The people who work directly in sales, educational development, IT, etc. genuinely care about their roles and their impact on education. - Students and teacher input is highly valued at the development level

Cons

- Division mangers are generally unsure of the role/inner workings of the teams they oversee. - Cuts and restructuring are impromptu and are made with little foresight - Very unstable company to work for at the moment. Management cannot seem to decide if the future of the company is bleak or on the up-and-up. Cuts are frequent--about four or five rounds in the last six months, with more restructuring planned for early 2017. - Upper management is not upfront or honest with employees.
