Pros

Pearson is a really good place to work at. The environment here is really good. Work is really fast paced, so one would always enjoy their time here. Timings are completely flexible as long as all the projects are in time.

Cons

No cons. Simply work on a timely basis.

Pros

My team was the best I'd ever been on. HR and lower level managers know how to hire awesome talent. Good benefits.

Cons

Upper management doesn't understand the value of retaining awesome talent.
