      The teams are great. Co-worker are easy to work with. Easy to get an entry level role.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Middle Management is unprofessional. Toxic environment, bullying is common. Low pay. A lot of office politics. Rarely provides tools for the job. Conservative hierarchy. Difficult to propose new ideas. Creative brainstorming sessions are very rare.
