The office is organized according to the supervisors view of the world. Most of them were working in the same previous company and you can see the difference of treatment with who is not part of the gang (going out together, different support...). On top of that, if they don't like you, even if your numbers are good, they find any possible way to end your contract before the probation period, especially looking for the worst calls in order to give you a low score. And if they are wrong with their evaluation you can say anything, they don't care. Of course, if you apply for other position within the same company they make sure you won't be accepted. I've never experienced anything worst than this.
