      Oracle Digital Malaga- Watch out for the Victorian Workhouse!

      Working in Malaga, nice weather, good beaches.

      Cons

      Total micro management, they use inside sales as business development and to make up for the lack in marketing. Add to this the new ver suspicious compensation rules, and the yearly rotation of territories meaning that global finance can alway dispute you compensation, and you may find yourself working on deals that you will not be paid for. Add the this the micromanagement of Sales Managers that do everything to hang on to their desks, and are really only there for reporting .In the age of startups and collaborative companies this is really a monolith from the early 90's. WARNING: there is a very high turnover of sales reps, and most are only waiting for their relocation packages ( 1.5 years) condition to run out before they resign so they don't have to pay it back. Wondered why Orcale is always hiring ? ... now you know.
