      Pros

      Location, nice athmosphare, cloud technology. Good training possibilities. great colleagues. you get lot of responsibility, good comissions. Lot of leisure activities arranged.

      Cons

      Managment style, micromanagement. no able to work at home, very important to stay at the offfice until 18 every day. Office is located quite far from malaga. comissions have cut-offs, don't get compensated over 150k€ deals.

      Professional development....have lots of time to leverage all the subscriptions oracle has to sites such as lynda.com, HBR, Safari etc.. Salary

      Cons

      Job adverts do not reflect reality, as in they hire you to do something and end up doing something completely different. Company culture is dog eats dog, no collaboration, different lines of business fighting each other over a deal In company training or 0 to 60 as they called is literally the worst training course I have attended. I could go on forever, the bottom line is.. not recommended unless it is your first job out of uni and you need to build up your CV PS Stay away from Malaga office, the ghetto of Oracle offices

      Pros

      Great expertise, generally very senior engineers with lots of knowledge, good pay (if you negotiate before joining the company), good benefits. Good products (some of them).

      Cons

      Too much bureaucracy, compartmentalisation, no defined career plan and definitely a very static environment. Moving between departments is difficult and there are a lot of office politics involved.
