you can take many work from home days.stable growth and job secure environment.plenty of food options in the cafeteria

Cons

too much hierarchy in processes and procedures. too many(unknown) teams involved for a single product. not sufficient knowledge transfer happens.

Pros

Flexible working Ocean of technologies to learn. I was lucky to have a wonderful management throughout my work at Oracle.

Cons

Pay raise -- not that great (similar to many giant companies). You have to be one of the top performers to bag that huge % of raise. So this is not really a cons though.
