flexible work conditions opportunitis for working at home

ever present threat of lyoffs very cheap company where greedy execs give themselves enormous salaries and stock options tiny severance packages hardly any R&D -- they prefer to buy small companies due to its size, its virtually impossible to have any real influence in product direction

Over a period, technologies you work with become obsolete which may get add difficulties when switching. Salaries hike is rare and depends on USD/CNY currency performance. The year that it was good there was no hike across the company, when it became bad, the hike felt like peanuts.
