I’ve recently finished my training at Octopus Energy and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The work culture is incredible – supportive, positive, and genuinely people-focused. It’s easily the best work environment I’ve ever been part of. The leadership after training has been amazing and really supportive, making the transition into the role smooth and confidence-boosting. A huge shout-out to Jasmin at the Coventry office – her leadership is outstanding. She’s supportive, motivating, and always willing to help, which makes a huge difference day to day. Octopus Energy truly cares about its people, and it shows in everything they do. I’m really grateful to be part of such an amazing company.
Cons
Training can feel intense at the start due to the amount of information, but throughout the process we were constantly encouraged to ask questions. Everyone had the opportunity to participate, whether in group sessions or one-to-one support, which made the learning experience much easier and more manageable.
