      - Working with an incredibly talented team, globally - Projects that directly impact the energy transition - Trust and encouragement to work independently - Lots of learning opportunities - Fast-paced projects, start-up vibes within a global energy tech pioneer organisation - flexibility to work across different projects and products

      Not a negative but good to know: Things change super quickly. You'll have to be able to adjust to a market that basically changes every week

      Pros

      The unusually high retention rate shows what it's like to work here - great people, a lot of autonomy, a lot of attention paid to making sure employees are content, a respectful and/or common sense approach to a lot of decisions, great work/life balance. Also a great mission to motivate everyone.

      Cons

      Total lack of transparency with salaries feels at odds with the general forward-thinking ethos of the company and doesn't foster trust.
