      A lot of stats, not suitable for anxiety/ADHD, but some growth opportunities

      Pros

      - very casual dress code - possible to work from home - they don't discriminate age - easy to get on with people

      Cons

      - be ready to share with the entire team when you go to the toilet - must call in every day again if you are sick for multiple days in a row - they say they don't pay to watch the clock, but they really do - purely statistics based - very controlling and expect you to share a lot of personal information with managers - says they are inclusive, but not really if you have any mental conditions (anxiety, depression, ADHD etc)

      Pros

      I live in England for 20 years and I work for different employers but this is definitely THE BEST COMPANY!!!! . All the people on the Octopus Energy including Greg Jakson are the most amazing people really friendly and helpful, soon you walk in to the building you know everyone who works there is happy to be part of this team:)))

      Till now i don't see any of downsides :)))
