Pros
Since I started in February not too long ago, I was greeted by a work ethic and culture that I have never experienced. From the managers, team leaders all the way to the energy specialists, I have felt welcome and at home. The culture is very much an open book and Friday dinner is always a plus (Free beer) and a chat with our colleagues across the UK and our CEO Greg Jackson. As I'm writing this we are hopefully midway through the Corona Pandemic, unlike other companies that have furloughed staff and made many redundant, we have the ability to work remotely from home which is a major plus in my book.
Cons
If you like being told what to do in a workplace and having KPI's and targets this isn't the company to work for. If you like to take charge in your own work ethic as well as your own development plans it is.
