I've just started my first day at Octopus, and i've had nothing but friendly welcomes and kind words. The interview process was longer than usual, but i can see why Octopus incorporate this. They are looking for truely special people and to ensure people are right for the job. Everyone i've spoke to is so lovely and welcoming, i really feel at home and i feel i'm in the right place.

A fantastic and supportive working environment, with brilliant people who you'll work with, but also become friends with very quickly. The role is tough and challenging, but team leaders and operations managers are brilliant at providing support and feedback to help you develop and grow to be an integral part of the company - all-round, you're going to love working here!
