At first I was contacted by Mollie Cross from instant impact who was super friendly and kind to do a phone interview, she then put me through for a video interview which she made me feel really comfortable throughout. After this you were made to complete two psychometric tests which test maths and English(GCSE maths) , once you have completed these you will be then put forward for the discovery day. This was an interview alongside many other candidates and people from the octopus team. One thing I Noticed was each member from the team were so friendly and enthusiastic and really made everyone feel so comfortable with ice breaker tasks and group tasks. My instant impact partner Mollie supported my every step of the way always available if I had a query. The final step was the final call with a member of the octopus team from your location, this was the last piece of confirmation just for them to get to know you as a person . After this I quickly got a response from the octopus team with a job offer, I let Mollie know and she was over the moon for me, I really felt Mollie was rooting for me the whole time and was so supportive.

Octopus Energy have a brillant workforce of happy, enthusiastic employees who really helped take the pressure off during the Discovery Day. I believe that reflects very well of their recruitment agency, Instant Impact who have clearly done a fantastic job.
