      Pros

      Long process but this shows how the company want to ensure that you are right for the job and the job is also right for you! Andrea at instant impact was great throughout the whole recruitment process, she was extremely helpful and always available to contact. The Discovery Day was really enjoyable and informative as you get to meet current Octopus employees. Overall a great hiring process.

      Cons

      Time consuming but this is because they are very thorough.

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
