Amazing recruitment process

Very thorough process with each step explained very well before hand. All the members of the recruitment team were extremely welcoming and friendly especially Tayla who helped me through the entire process! The discovery day was a definite highlight of the process and was a very enjoyable and positive assessment center experience :)

Cons

Unfortunately due to the current covid situation the discovery day was held on zoom and I occasionally had internet problems which caused some slight issues.

- Interview process was fair and everyone had an equal chance to succeed and do their best - Discovery Day gave many insights into what it would be like to work for Octopus - Everyone I have had conversations with has been welcoming and friendly - Mollie Cross, who helped me along the way could not have been better. She gave me confidence and was there every step of the way.
