      Treated like a human being with understanding and respect. Needs are acknowledged and differences and personality encouraged and celebrated Supportive interview and hiring process Lovely working environment

      Cons

      Freedom to be yourself and figure it out your own way but can make you feel a bit lost or unsure though there is lots of help and support
