      Advancement opportunity, tools and resources, above market benefits package not including salary, location, parking.

      Cons

      Micro-management macro-management where not needed, politics, below market compensation package, extreme high pressure and anxiety, unhealthy environment.

      Equipment is not good! Have to work on 19 inches lcd which is too small

      We are delighted to hear that our local management in our Vietnam office is rated well by the team members. We’ll touch base with the general manager in charge of procurement for IT equipment at that office to address how we can improve the quality and usability of the tools for our engineers.

      You are probably here because 1) you are considering OPSWAT as an employer OR 2) you work for OPSWAT and you are curious about the reviews here. This review is for (1). You would be reporting to either the CEO or to one of the managers. If you are going to report to one of the managers, then depending on the group, your experience could be great or really bad. I have worked with some managers that were really great to work with. Others, not so much. On the other hand, if you are working for the CEO, it's not going to be pleasant. You will be micromanaged, directives will change every other day, you will be put down. If you have any other option, it may be better.
