it's not so quick but professional. There will be a total 4 rounds of interview.
First to HR, then to the team leader, then the technical accessment, finally the manager.
The HR team will give you some tips to prepare for each interview.
A long and tiring interview process consisting of over 10 rounds overall. Met the same people several times and they were the most indecisive bunch of people I ever met. They have a take home exercise that takes about a full day to solve properly. We agreed upon a salary range in literally every single round and they told me after the last one that "oh by the way...your salary expectation is out of our budget".
I was invited to the office for a first-round interview, only to be told in person that they were concerned that I had switched jobs too often. This is something they could clearly see on my CV, so bringing me onsite just to tell me that felt like a waste of time and showed a lack of respect for candidates.
The interview was conducted by two managers at the same time, which felt unnecessary and added no value to the process.
After that, I never received any follow-up or decision — not even after 3 weeks. The lack of communication and basic courtesy says a lot about how the company operates and how they treat people.
Overall, the process felt unprofessional and inefficient.
