      Think twice before accepting a job HERE!

      Pros

      I can only think of one. The people(non-management) are a pleasure to get to know and work with.

      Cons

      CEO micromanages a lot, to the point that hierarchy of command becomes meaningless. I have witnessed more than one instance of unnecessary condescending attitude from the CEO. He hires VP's to manage the sales of the company. It's very apparent that he can't do it. If he could then the company would be driving more revenue, compared to how long they have been in business. CEO doesn't understand sales and what it takes to be successful. He has unrealistic expectations on timeframes and building out sales strategies. He treats all Sales guys like crap and thinks he is the best sales guy in the company. After speaking to a few of the CEO's that are partners with the company, they have stated there distaste for Benny the CEO. These are comments from current partners of his that have to deal with him. Wish I would have known all this information before joining that team!

      Many challenges, but lots of potential

      Pros

      Bonus potential - these can be nice Office food - healthy and fresh, although somewhat sporadic Team dinners - they splurge on these at time which are fun Decent salaries Most likely will continue to grow as expected

      Cons

      Incredibly aggressive management from the top... very cutthroat environment. If you get on the bad side of the CEO it is maybe not worth the effort to rebuild the relationship. A few employees are treated very well, and a few very horribly. Mistakes, whether intentional or not, are often discussed in public settings, which often turns into public shaming from the CEO. It takes some thick skin to last here, and an aptitude towards office politics would come in handy. Work life balance is also an issue... expectations on team can be very unrealistic. The lack of funding is apparent when we have top tier customers and a team of low paid interns and remote workers trying to patch together projects. More in-house engineers are drastically needed!

      Great place to work if you work hard

      Pros

      The management in this company appreciates and rewards productive effort that goes beyond the job description. Nice clean office, great perks and benefits, free parking if you know where to look, gym within walking distance is partially subsidized, snacks and food on site, fun company events on occasion.

      Cons

      Lack of workspace customization (goes with the clean office), some apparent political intrigue (never experienced much myself), need to take PTO for doctor visits or other official business if it falls on a weekday
