I love working at OPSWAT. I have been with the company for just about 3 years, and I look forward to contributing to the company for many years to come. I work closely with the management team, including the CEO, CFO, and CTO, and enjoy the intelligence, care, and vision that these individuals offer. I am grateful to the CEO and CFO for the substantial career growth opportunities they have offered me. I have received two promotions within my time here thus far, and I am confident that I will continue to reach new heights at the company because of the strong support system here. Our team genuinely values progress on all levels. It is highly rewarding to work in an environment where everyone is encouraged to bring their best to the table. We, especially the management team, are committed to make positive change. I am proud of the progress we have made in enhancing our culture, well-being, products, and processes. I like that I am able to make a tangible and lasting impact at the company. If you follow these tips, you will thrive at OPSWAT: - Consistently deliver quality results - Ask for help - Communicate thoroughly and consistently I do not experience any of the negativity at OPSWAT that other Glassdoor reviews offer. I suspect that the authors of these reviews have not had a chance to experience the new OPSWAT as many of them are former employees. I encourage those whom are considering to join the OPSWAT team to turn to their inner guidance system rather than the opinions of others to determine whether they will find a home at OPSWAT. The momentum at OPSWAT is building in the right direction. We focus on the positive, so we can create more of it. As for the negativity, we leave it behind, where it belongs.

I joint OPSWAT in 2016. Have to admit that it's a little nervous to see some people leave, but this actually happens to most big companies. I works very closely with the CEO. He is a smart and passionate guy, and I feel very comfortable and pleased to work with him. He always treats me well like giving me a lot of freedom to test my campaigns and offering me different options to grow my career. Since my family is not in the United States, I have to go back to my country. He still tries to keep me as employees. I would say OPSWAT is more like for people who know their areas very well or who know how to grow it. If you are like these people, you will get a lot of trust and feel comfortable to work at OPSWAT.
