      Pros

      The benefits are good and most staff members I interact with are pretty personable. I can definitely get behind the product and what we do, and I respect the people leading our dev. The location is EXCELLENT for my tastes--parking across the street, two minutes from Whole Foods, seven minutes from 24 Hour Fitness and the Safeway plaza.

      Cons

      I mean, what can you say? You read the negatives on here and so you kind of keep an eye out for any signs or triggers that it's going to be that way. But then none of it has happened *for me* so I can't really say there's been a negative. At least I haven't seen it.

      Pros

      - Free bagels in the morning. - Some of the management staff are very friendly and nice, and trying to do their best, but bullied by the CEO.

      Cons

      - Everything else. - The CEO runs this place into the ground. Expect to be overworked, under-supported, pressured constantly with no idea of what it is you're actually supposed to be doing. - High-stress job where you're at the whims of a capricious overseer.

      Pros

      Transparent company culture where your voice and input on policies are definitely heard! The CEO is dynamic and wants to hire people who have a strong voice and value for the organization. OPSWAT is growing rapidly and is a dynamic place to work if you are willing to be innovative and move at a steady pace. It is a very collaborative environment as well and strives to be a leader in the marketplace. Exciting company with progressive values and policies.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's hard to find good talent that wants to join a smaller organization. You will multi-task at OPSWAT and be expected to be hands on and not delegate everything.
