      Cons

      Zero work life balance. Top down culture. CEO founded company and does not seem to know how a larger company should be structured. They want you in the office regardless of your role.

      Pros

      Trauma bonding with colleagues?? Good healthcare. Noble mission and great technology. The technology is literally so good that somehow this place stays afloat despite a revolving door and an inconsistent strategy that puts the customer last.

      Cons

      Are you tired of NOT being micromanaged? Do you want to constantly fear for your job and question your self worth? Is it your dream to have incompetent leadership who has NEVER ran or even worked at a world-class cybersecurity organization? Great news... opswat is hiring! If you value toxicity, political drama, and constantly being forced to do things in the most illogical way possible... then I, without hesitation, recommend you to waste your time at this company.

      Pros

      Great colleagues, freedom to play around with stuff, learn new things, really skilled people.

      Cons

      Nobody has any saying against the CEO, not even top management. CEO takes decisions just the way he wants, everyone fears him. Makes everyone come back to full office time 5 days a week because he "came to the conclusion people work better in the same physical space". What did he base that on ? Did he become a psychologist over the night and the employees don't know about it ? Some customers are taken care of more than others but we "treat them equally" Overtime being expected to be there but the schedule and the fatigue should be "normal".
