      Pros

      Health coverage. Lunch on Mondays. Sandwiches on Wednesdays. Happy hour on Thursdays.

      Cons

      No sick leaves. You'll need to use your PTO to cover your sick days- already a huge minus from my experience working there. No remote work - they are very weird about the remote work policy. From what I understand they discourage working from home and are vague about the policy and expect people to come to the office, regardless of location, especially when the CEO is in town (management's words) No work life balance. Poor long term planning from management. No career planning or growth whatsoever. When I made the decision to leave due to personal reasons my manager was not supportive and threw a tantrum lol. Upper management will only 'like' you for as long as you're useful to them and if you're a "yes man/woman". I can't count how many times I've heard "what Benny wants" in meetings. A lot of the decisions made here revolve around making the CEO happy. The culture of fear is strong here.

      If you are looking for decent severance package in less than year, this might be the place for you.

      Cons

      Don't plan on keeping a job here if you work in US, the turn over rate has sat around 50% over the last 3 years, in the US, for 2021-2023. They fire everyone and have no direction. The owner micromanages everything and his way, is the only way things can be done. The owner forced people to write reviews on this site, while standing over their shoulder, so be cautious of the good reviews.

      Good Products is the only Pro

      Cons

      Senior management are treacherous, completely untrustworthy and insincere. No value on their people regardless of performance or work ethic. If your face doesn't fit you can easily find yourself on the way out, they show no empathy or compassion. Not unusual to hear Senior managers making negative comments about colleagues. Toxic environment. If you are made an offer from this company don't walk away RUN !!
