      Pros

      Amazing people, robust products with SOME being best in class.

      Cons

      Constantly changing directions impulsively, lead by fear, CEO is no longer qualified to run this size organization, confusing portfolio that is really not a platform but a mixture of products not well aligned, and poor communication from top.

      Memories that will stick - Experience that will help - Stress

      Pros

      -Experience -Location The experience can be amazing, but you need to be able to stick it out to get it.

      Cons

      -Stressful -Abuse -Pay The hardest part if the stress due to very fast paced environment and having to switch roles consistantly. It is definitely a start up company despite the age, but if the CEO would focus on hierarchy and let PM(s) do their role on product focus, it would be fine.

      It's a fast paced environment, there's movement all the time.

      Cons

      The company takes their "zero trust" by heart, and it applies not only on the devices, but to people as well. That includes the members and employees of the company.
