      HAD great people and culture

      Cons

      Let go of some of the best people at the Tampa location yesterday. It's literally like they picked the best people in Tampa, and just fired them all. I was not one of the affected, but I think I will be leaving because of it. The best of OPSWAT Tampa is now gone.

      Didn't care about employees at all!

      Pros

      The people I worked with were pretty great.

      Cons

      No training, no appreciation from management, little input, no bonuses, no incentives. Employees were put at risk, intermittent work. Management didn't care about employees at all. Complaints were either ignored or brushed off. People here were also forced to write fake reviews to counter the real ones.
