Benefits are great! Accruable pto, great insurance plans,

Cons

Management are the worst! They treat you like robots. Makes you feel like your not part of a team. Their attitude is always I’m right your wrong kind of environment. Salary is terrible you only get a few cents to the dollar every year for raises. Promotions are more for who you know and not what you know.

Cons

EVS Leadership at Duluth is very lacking. The manager is self absorbed with no report with staff not even a good morning to her staff. The Supervisor is oblivious to whats going on. Unfair and inappropriate leadership.
