This is a big brand in hospital, resume builder, patient quality reputation

Cons

Lack of responsibility for employees, COVID response has been abysmal at best. Unorthodox management policies, lack of flexibility for healthcare workers, “COVID hotline” “Human Resources” They aren’t helpful and if you test positive, you have to use PTO and get unpaid leave if you don’t have it. Lose lose situation all around

Supervision is terrible , when they don’t feel like doing their jobs , they toss it off the leads who then think they are some part of management , the hours are long for no reason , and attitudes amongst the management is not needed .. they make you feel as if you’re bothering them if you have an issue

Pay and benefits were great! Large facility with well respected physicians

Cons

Hard to present ideas to management or others without being seen as incomptent if ideas were not well received. Very difficult to work with offsite contract coding especially with quality issues. A lot of pressure to have quality work when it was mostly out of the job's realm to enforce.
