      Job security, company has been around a long time.

      Cons

      Extremely hard to grow with this company. Promotions not based on knowledge or what is best for the department but if the manager has any personal grievances that have absolutely nothing to do with the job or not. Extremely political and not ethical. The pay is well below other hospitals in surrounding areas. Loyal employees not taken care of at all..new hires with very little to no experience paid substantially more than people who have been with the company for years

      Pros

      Great pay, great facility, great staff.

      Cons

      Very political. I was working as PRN until we got a transfer from the main facility, an employee who 'wasn't getting along with anyone but yet couldn't get fired'. Despite being fully staffed, another full-time position was created especially for her and I was let go.
