      Pros

      very short commute to work. My supervisor is not a micromanger. the employees are extremely friendly, and a sense of community and people help each other ( at least my department was that way)

      Cons

      No praise when doing a good job. Not flexible with time off. Not enough time off. No sick leave, all vacation is lumped together. We get 24 days per year, this includes holidays, vacation and sick time, so if you get sick you spend your vacation days as sick days.
