      - Work/Life Balance - Flexibility in schedule - Amazing team setting - Great work environment - Team Building - Understanding leadership Northside is the best organization I have ever worked for. My leaders are very understanding and flexible. I enjoy my colleagues and the work that I do. I have worked for other hospitals in the Atlanta area and nothing compares to the experience I have had with this organization.

      Cons

      Parking and traffic around the Atlanta campus can get hectic, but they are working on fixing the parking issue now.

      Pros

      This company is growing faster than any there hospital in the Atlanta area. Because of our size, we are spoiled with competitive benefits and perks, flexibility at work, opportunities to volunteer and be involved in the community. My favorite part of working here is that NSH strives to make ME feel important and feel like I'm part of a successful company.

      Cons

      Due to the fast growth of the company, sometimes it can be stressful keeping up specially in the depts that are directly impacted

      Pros

      I love Northside! Until I was hired at Northside, I didn't think there was a way to advance without a degree in the medical profession. I have been promoted twice in the two years and its all because Northside recognizes people's hard work and dedication. I love Northside and fully plan on retiring from this organization! Northside is dedicated to service excellence to patients, their family members, and staff member. When I'm here I feel like an integral part of a team and a culture. There is always a 5k, bake sale, and volunteer opportunities.

      Cons

      Every employee needs to have a work email address. It would help distribute information more efficiently.
