      - Work/Life Balance - Flexibility in schedule - Amazing team setting - Great work environment - Team Building - Understanding leadership Northside is the best organization I have ever worked for. My leaders are very understanding and flexible. I enjoy my colleagues and the work that I do. I have worked for other hospitals in the Atlanta area and nothing compares to the experience I have had with this organization.

      Cons

      Parking and traffic around the Atlanta campus can get hectic, but they are working on fixing the parking issue now.

      Pros

      -some of the nurses on the floor were nice -gets your foot in the door with a hospital as a student -supportive management on the floor i was hired on

      Cons

      -low pay for what you put up with -was mainly working as a patient care tech as opposed to a nurse extern -nurses on the med/surg floors weren’t very nice and willing to help -don’t feel like i got enough training -the pre shift anxiety was horrendous
