I love Northside! Until I was hired at Northside, I didn't think there was a way to advance without a degree in the medical profession. I have been promoted twice in the two years and its all because Northside recognizes people's hard work and dedication.
I love Northside and fully plan on retiring from this organization!
Northside is dedicated to service excellence to patients, their family members, and staff member. When I'm here I feel like an integral part of a team and a culture. There is always a 5k, bake sale, and volunteer opportunities.
Cons
Every employee needs to have a work email address. It would help distribute information more efficiently.
