      Pros

      Great CEO and vision of the company. Lot of capable people at various departments like Platform, Management and Sales.

      Cons

      Engineering needs improvement. No opportunity to grow. Hard work is ignored and instead Management promotes only their ex colleagues from their previous company. There is no standard annual performance reviews.

      Pros

      less than a year working here and am constantly impressed by Netskope. The leadership is outstanding, their technical acumen is on point and the team they've been able to hire is top notch. It's a humble, hungry and well positioned company for great success. This is how I'd hope to build a company if I were the CEO. Culture and caring about their people is paramount, product is strong truly enables companies to securely operate in a cloud model.

      Cons

      Hard to call cons out, I've had quite a few jobs throughout IT ops and sales. This is by far my favorite company to work for yet. I guess it's still a job, so that's a con. We have more products to deliver and it takes time. I wished we had more engineers to turn up new feature requests and solid products quicker but good things take time.

      Pros

      Love working here. Why? Almost zero politics, absolute focus on our goal and open communication direct to the CEO. We hold open door sessions with our CEO (Sanjay) regularly and anyone in the company can attend. Everyone is marching towards the same goal and it's a great culture. What really makes Netskope different is how much people actually care about other people. Family issues, challenges, health issues, etc. Netskope is by far the most caring employer I have ever worked for. No one has ever come close to this level of caring about people.

      Cons

      We all work a ton here because we love it. If you don't want to work at a high energy, sometimes manic paced company, this isn't for you. There is no shortage of work at this place. I love that, not all people will love it though. Careful what you wish for.
