      Pros

      Good benefit for observed holidays. Good medical benefits for US employees.

      Cons

      No 401k Match. Impossible to get 100% of annual bonus. Cost cutting exercise around certain services impacting quality of the delivered service. Layoffs and WFR are quiet, happen in pockets of departments and employee meetings do not discuss they are happening, so you don't really know the company is active practicing this.

      Recognition and Rewards Disparity: Unfortunately, there seems to be a significant disparity in how the company recognizes and rewards its employees. Unfriendly HR policies in India: India annual leave policy is going "South" effective Jan 1 2024. At a first glance, it gives an impression of being "highly conservative".
