When the company received a bad opinion in Glassdoor, HR and Marketing department contact with employees and ask them to write a good opinion just to not decrease the score. For this reason the same day that they received a bad opinion, then you will see a positive 5 stars opinion, it's all orchestrated . Positive: Remote work

Cons

Bad organization. No professional management. A lot of people left the company and a lot of people join at Netskope just because they offer a good salary, but they don't have any problem to fire you if you don't reach the goals they want.

Pros

- inside sales team is super collaborative and even with SIP, the team puts in a lot of effort to stay connected / work hard - Genuinely feel like management cares about our success - Employees bleed Netskope, the product (for the most part) is far better than our competitors

Cons

- Netskope may have 1k+ employees but they are still figuring a lot of stuff out around processes - Sales Cycles are taking longer and are much more competitive (most likely due to COVID 19) -Mid Market sales team doesn't get a lot of love, mostly focused on field sales.

One of the best teams I have worked with in 25+ years in the valley. Fantastic, open, inclusive culture. Innovative products. Great customer base. Massive market opportunity.
