Pros

Great team to work with . Financial pressures but the same probably in most organisations

Cons

Seem to have lots of fixed term contacts that may suit some but don't offer stability that most staff want.

Working in the NHS

Pros

Able to make a difference. Patient care. Ability to lead and take responsibility for important decisions. Medicine is endlessly fascinating

Cons

Rubbish pay particularly at junior levels. Chronic understaffing means you are often required to do the job of 3 or 4 people, work far beyond your expected hours and patient safety can be compromised by this, which is frustrating and demoralising
