Pros

* Strong and motivated talent * Exposure to work on cutting edge problems (efficient AI, pre-training, post-training, AI integration) * Exposure to work with latest gen hardware (very hard to get access to) * Huge growth opportunity for those proactive and ambitious * Small enough to drive meaningful impact quickly * Leadership is ambitious and aiming for global relevance, not just regional success * Really fast learning environment

Cons

* Execution and operational maturity still catching up with company ambition * Very fast paced -> As exciting as it is; it can sometimes be overwhelming too.

Pros

- Nice office - Talented People who you can learn from - Some projects are really interesting

Cons

When working on consortium projects, the learning curve can be particularly frustrating. In many cases, these projects are not taken to production or only rarely so opportunities for deep, practical learning remain limited. To be an effective manager or director, a minimum level of technical expertise in the domain is essential. This enables better team management and allows bottlenecks to be identified and addressed at an early stage. However, it does happen that some managers lack even the minimal academic or technical background required to lead their teams effectively. As a result, employees may find themselves managing the egos of underqualified managers simply to avoid negative consequences, such as being penalized during annual performance or bonus reviews.
