Pros

Great professional experience overall. I’ve had the opportunity to work with highly intelligent, skilled, and collaborative people from different backgrounds and disciplines. The company provides access to cutting-edge tools, strong infrastructure, and knowledge comparable to what you would expect from frontier AI labs, which has been excellent for my professional growth. Work-life balance is genuinely respected, at least in my experience. Management is objective-driven rather than focused on hours spent online or at the office, which creates a healthy working environment. Salaries and benefits are very competitive, especially compared to the average in Spain. The international and interdisciplinary environment also makes projects very enriching, and there is relatively little bureaucracy, which helps teams move fast.

Cons

Because the company operates with a startup-like environment, processes and project development can sometimes feel messy or insufficiently structured. Priorities and directions may change quickly, which can occasionally create uncertainty or confusion across teams. There is also limited communication from higher management regarding the company strategy, major decisions, or organizational changes. As a result, employees are not always fully aware of where the company is heading or the reasoning behind sudden changes. More predictability and alignment across the organization would improve the overall experience.
