      - Fun and young international team (mostly french and german people) that is happy to socialize outside of working hours - Great location in Central London, nice office - Relaxed but hard-working environment - Great benefits ... You will quickly feel like you are part of a big family!

      - High staff turnover (like in most companies within the recruitment market)

      - One of the best sales commission plan in the industry - Transparent and open communication with upper management (up to Director level) - International environment (although as mentioned in previous reviews you might want to start learning french) - Training and development-focused - Recognition for hard work (lunch clubs etc..) - Good work life balance given the industry standard - Good team spirit overall

      Cons

      Like any other recruitment agency, Montreal Associates is no exception: success comes with hardwork and dedication. Losing track of this can create frustration for those not cut out for the job.
