      Pros

      - One of the best sales commission plan in the industry - Transparent and open communication with upper management (up to Director level) - International environment (although as mentioned in previous reviews you might want to start learning french) - Training and development-focused - Recognition for hard work (lunch clubs etc..) - Good work life balance given the industry standard - Good team spirit overall

      Cons

      Like any other recruitment agency, Montreal Associates is no exception: success comes with hardwork and dedication. Losing track of this can create frustration for those not cut out for the job.

      Only the flexibility, Remote working if you are based in the uk

      Cons

      This is a toxic, male-dominated company led by a narcissistic CEO. Feedback from employees is not taken into account, and performance doesn’t seem to matter unless you align yourself with management. Women in particular appear to be undervalued and not given equal opportunities for advancement. I would not recommend this company, as the experience can be extremely demoralizing and may even make you want to leave the recruitment industry altogether
