      Toxic culture undermines flexibility and remote work benefits

      Only the flexibility, Remote working if you are based in the uk

      Cons

      This is a toxic, male-dominated company led by a narcissistic CEO. Feedback from employees is not taken into account, and performance doesn’t seem to matter unless you align yourself with management. Women in particular appear to be undervalued and not given equal opportunities for advancement. I would not recommend this company, as the experience can be extremely demoralizing and may even make you want to leave the recruitment industry altogether

      Pros

      The career progression is clear and the support from your team is always there. Chance to create your own desk. A lot of freedom. WFH policy is attractive if you enjoy working from home.

      Cons

      Lack of office culture at the moment which I understand some people may prefer.
