      Pros

      Montreal Associates is a fantastic platform for your career, offering real room to grow for ambitious professionals. It has given me an opportunity to grow into a Management position in no time, and to develop new skills. They are open minded, happy to listen to ideas, and always pushing you and training you for you to keep developing and growing professionally. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they have real and human values, and are one of those rare company who understand that the success of a company is based on the happiness, success and development of their employees. I couldn't recommend them enough, they rock!

      You have unlimited access to french biscuits, which means that you can become fat in no time!

      Pros

      The way of management is pure mediocracy with a transparent career plan. There is plenty of room for motivated people to grow and gain great rewards. This is a very nice workplace with nice and welcoming people. Managers are really supportive ans the work/life balance is well respected here which is quite rare in this industry.

      Cons

      salaries and commissions are not that high from entry level.
