We're truly sorry to read about your negative experience at MA. It's regrettable that our procedures regarding favoritism or bullying weren't utilized, as our HR team promptly addresses any reported incidents. Regarding employee terminations, decisions are always made collectively and are considered a last resort after attempts to rectify the situation have been unsuccessful.
