Incredible people there. The immediate sales team I worked with in NYC is the best I've ever seen. Never have I had the pleasure of working with a sales manager this intelligent and with a prod/eng team this motivated. The solutions engineering and customer operations team are also so so so good. CEO & CTO will literally help in any/every deal where they can.

Merge is not for the faint of heart, it's hard work to be great and that's what we're aiming for. It's not for everyone, and that's okay too -- but there's a reason many startups fail and the best ones succeed, and that's because they work hard and are focused on winning their space. Merge is rarified air -- it will offer you a once in a career experience that will give you exposure and impact that is hard to find. I find the work that is expected will stretch you, but is hugely satisfying. I love seeing how my work is critical to the company's growth. Personally, I wouldn't have it any other way.
