      Pros

      Tons of ownership, if you're looking to grow you'll definitely learn a lot! There's also a lot of support from the whole team - everyone is invested in building the company and that's reflected from top to bottom.

      None I can think of outside of typical startup growing pains!

      - Merge has hired a truly outstanding team to date - all employees are highly intelligent, motivated, and kind. If you are a driven individual looking to join a hyper-growth start-up this is the kind of team you want to join! - Merge's founders are both brilliant and ego-less (the latter being what makes them truly stand out within the tech world and a pleasure to work with). They are eager to continue to learn and grow, take employees' recommendations to heart and are not afraid to admit mistakes. They have also fostered an incredible culture of humility, respect, recognition, and positivity - initiative is encouraged, and mistakes are fixed, not punished. - It is so exciting to work at an early-staged company that clearly has amazing product/market fit, as demonstrated by impressive early adoption and sales. Merge is truly growing at a hyper-growth pace and wins are announced daily

      Cons

      - The biggest con mainly revolves around typical early-staged start-up pains. In order to keep up with our growth, employees are having to wear many hats and end up context-switching a lot throughout the day. While this can be a little painful at times, it also really is a great learning opportunity, as you get to work on many different types of projects and have a broad impact on the company
